Name of your group or organization.

Co-ordinator of your activity and preferred method of contact. 

Number in your group. 

Specific Age, School Grade or Group: (e.g. Grade 3's, Brownies, Scouts, etc.)

Groups of up to 40 can be accommodated in our studio once provincial restrictions have been lifted. Masks and proof of vaccination is required until further notice.
